150 Matches Impacted by Field Conditions

The Norway Cup, an international youth football tournament in Oslo, Norway, has been forced to relocate 150 matches due to unplayable fields.

The tournament, which has been held annually since 1972, has been affected by recent heavy rainfall.

As a result, three out of 81 fields at the Ekebergsletta sports complex are currently unplayable.

Affected Matches to be Rescheduled

The affected matches will be rescheduled to other venues in the Oslo area.

Tournament organizers are working to minimize disruption to the tournament schedule.

Tournament to Proceed as Planned

Despite the weather-related challenges, the Norway Cup is expected to proceed as planned.

The tournament is scheduled to run from July 31 to August 7, 2023.
